Welcome to our newest inSight.

When our members feel confident about demonstrating the value of air freight to their customers, we feel we are doing our job right.

We have been working for a year with the Global Shippers Forum (GSF) to develop Key Performance Indicators that will help to achieve just that, and at this week’s Multimodal show in Birmingham, I will be joining a panel chaired by GSF Secretary General Chris Welsh MBE to discuss our work.
