Cargo iQ’s Laura presents at the GHI Annual conference

The seamless cargo journey: it’s an achievement many an air cargo industry executive can only dream of – and the daily motivation of the team at Cargo iQ together with their dedicated members.

Laura Rodriguez was in Amsterdam on 29th November attending the Ground Handling International Annual Conference, where she took to the stage in the Cargo Zone to discuss how to make this dream a reality.

Laura brought the delegation up to speed on the work of Cargo iQ members in improving the visibility of a shipment’s journey and how they are developing the tools to drive quality in the supply chain. Delegates came along to hear how the membership is working to close the information gap and develop improved methods of measurement, and use reporting to identify potential service improvements in the pursuit of the seamless cargo journey.

There was plenty of networking to be done on the show floor of GHI’s biggest annual event, too, which took place at the RAI Amsterdam from 29th November – 1st December, where Laura caught up with industry colleagues new and old.
