Six Members Awarded Recertification

Congratulations to six of our members for being awarded Cargo iQ recertification following a strict, independent auditing process by SGS.

The members are Emirates SkyCargo, Swiss WorldCargo, Etihad Airways, DHL Global Forwarding, CHAMP Cargosystems, and Global Logistics System (HK) Company Ltd – representing three airlines, one freight forwarder, and two systems providers.

The members put significant effort in renewing their commitment to driving excellence.

Audits are carried out at head office level and companies are required to have internal station reviews in place to guarantee that the same measures apply to their entire network.

Cathay Cargo, Cathay Cargo Terminal, and SATS, have also recently finished undergoing the audit scheme and are awaiting finalization of the process to receive their renewed certification.

Other members currently working on their roadmaps for the next recertification this year include airlines IAG (International Airlines Group), Lufthansa Cargo, Qatar Airways, and Royal Air Maroc as well as forwarders Kuehne+Nagel and systems provider Descartes.

More of our members are aiming to achieve their first certification this year, watch this space.
